    Really deserves 0 stars. Walked out today when we were third in line and there were at least 5 employees in the drive through talking and laughing. We went to the one on Hall Rd. spot on food, coffee, and customer service.

    Wish I could give it zero stars. The lady at the drive thru was sooooo rude that I said forget it and drove away and went to bigby down the street where they were super nice. I will never ever go to this Tim hortons again !!!!!!!

    I drive by this location 4-6 times a day, and it can get crazy busy & the drive thru backs out into 21 & or Vandyke before 9 am However at 10:15 on A Wednesday, I was the only car. My turkey sausage- cheese- egg white muffin was prepared perfectly & quick. NOTE: if any Shelby Police read yelp....Action needs to be taken on NO LEFTS on Vandyke leaving this facility & NO Lefts turning into it from eastbound 21 truly near misses all morning long

    If you have iced coffee on your menu have it ready! Don't tell a customer we don't have it. It doesn't matter what time somebody comes by should have your products ready. Isn't that the purpose of a business? Do you want to serve your customers? Lazy workers. Do your job and be thankful that you have a job. This has happened 3 times. You've lost a customer and more. The owner should have quality control!! I think with some good employees maybe you will turn this place around and I might come back. I would love to hear from the owner about why this happened.

    Being a former Tim Horton's employee, I expect a certain level of service from this company. It is understandable that employees are generally disagreeable in the morning - I know. However, the cup of coffee I received this morning was unacceptable! No one should ever have to endure the suffering of drinking this awful cup of bean water. I could compare the taste to used toilet water, but even that would be an insult to toilets everywhere. Truthfully, this brew was, simply put, raw sewage. Garbage juice. An atrocity. A crime against humanity. I hope you realize that you not only ruined my coffee, but also my morning, my day, and my existence. I bid you farewell, and.

    This location is horrible. I'm never the one to review things and write bad things but this is an exception. Every single time I've ever been here my order has NEVER been right. I get a sausage biscuit with cheese no egg. When I get my sandwich I'll get egg on it, sausage with no cheese , and even one time I only got egg and the bun. Staff is extremely rude. The manager should really do their job

    The customer service sucks here every time I go threw the drive thru the lady goes in a rude way what do you want! Like sorry but no it's hi how are you what can I get for you. Then I get to the window and she likes takes the money in a mean way! And if you ask for the sleeve so you don't burn yourself she gets upset at that too!! They need new workers!! Never going back

    Walked in and plenty of staff.....all whom were not willing to help a paying customer. Those that did acknowledge had a bad attitude. Ordered a #2 lunch meal (grilled cheese panini) and soup. Paid for a drink and had to ask twice for it, soup was decent but received a egg and bacon sandwich. I sucked it up and ate it but wouldn't recommend this location to anyone in a rush or that wants pleasant service.

    The staff is unpleasant. There are two different women who are rude, right when you pull up to the drive thru window. I've heard "what do you want".. And "ugh you can't order it like dat" to cars in front of me. I've never once seen a smile. One lady in particular is extremely rude, she has none other than perfect Ebonics in her vocabulary, which fits well with her drab facial expression and bad attitude. The manager is sweet and took care of a coffee made wrong one time. But she also is not doing her job correctly for letting this awful behavior continue. I'm never one to complain about businesses. But these ladies are ridiculous, and should be fired in my most honest opinion. Not sure why Shelby twp is hiring such trashy people anyways. Unfortunate.

    Avoid this Tim Hortons at all cost. they are so slow it's pathetic I waited 25 minutes at 8:50 am .They only have one worker inside and there was no urgency at all.

    I walked in and then 120 seconds later I walked back out. The place smelled like sewage. I thought it was my imagination, but the longer I stood there the more I could smell it. With the sewage smell filling up my nostrils I then noticed how filthy the floors were. The combination completely killed my coffee craving. The way I see it... if the front of house (the public area) is filthy then the back of house is probably even dirtier. There are lots of other places nearby to grab a comparable (or better) cup of coffee; I won't be back.

    It was fine for a meeting, but I'm not much impressed by Timmy's. The coffee I ordered was fine, and the service was a bit slow. My friend ordered a cheese sandwich and an iced tea. She said the sandwich was good, but the tea tasted old. I'm sure we will be back, it's convenient as a meeting spot before practice.

    Love Tim hortons but unfortunately this location seems to not be up to the level as others locally. Very slow and not friendly staff.

    Dunkin donuts and starbucks are both far superior. I would drink mcdonald's coffee over tim hortons. Might be better than gas station coffee though.
